1. Free, non-binding enquiry
Using the form or contacting us is free and does not obligate either side to proceed.
2. No automatic booking
A submitted or sent enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. A booking exists only after scope, timing and other essential terms are expressly agreed separately.
3. Price and payment
Final pricing is provided after the scope is clarified. Price, applicable taxes, payment method and completion time are agreed separately. This website accepts no payments and collects no card data.
4. Service area
Services are offered only to private clients in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, by appointment. The correspondence address shown elsewhere is not a Canadian service location.
5. Excluded services
No electrical, plumbing, gas, HVAC, appliance repair, roofing, construction, pest-control, mould, asbestos, biohazard, medical, legal, financial or other licensed or regulated service is offered. Unsafe work, high-access work and tasks beyond the agreed description may be refused.
6. Access and customer responsibilities
You must have authority to grant access, provide a safe work area, identify hazards and fragile items, manage pets, disclose building rules, and provide any agreed supplies. An adult must be available as agreed.
7. Cancellation and changes
Cancellation, rescheduling and any related terms apply only if separately agreed for a specific appointment. Website use alone creates no cancellation right or fee.
8. Information and liability
Site information is general and may change. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on incomplete website information, unavailable third-party services, external image hosts, email delivery failures or use outside the agreed scope. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
